Shipping & Delivery
Here at Venom Collectibles we truly believe honesty is the best policy and we value our customers satisfaction. As a buyer and seller, we don't like unexpected surprises when our packages arrive, that's why all items are thoroughly inspected, all garments we receive are bagged and are stored properly prior to being sold. Please, feel free to ask questions and we will reply as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours or less after placing your order unless specified within the full product description. No order will be cancelled after it has been completed (invoiced) unless the item is out of stock, no exceptions. If an item you purchase from us is unwanted once an order is complete will be subjected to our return policy. We start processing your order to ship as soon as it is received and spare no expense to get your package to you safely. Pricing is based on weight and location.

These transit times are based upon when your order is shipped, not when your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us stating - order has been shipped.
USPS Parcel Post - up to 10 days
USPS Priority Mail - 2 to 3 days
USPS Express Mail - 1 to 2 days
FEDEX Home Delivery-Ground - up to 7 days
FEDEX Express Saver - 3 business days
FEDEX 2 Day - 2 business days
FEDEX Standard Overnight - next business day by 3pm
FEDEX Priority Overnight - next business day by 10:30am
FEDEX First Overnight - early morning next day - including Saturday

International
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. VENOM COLLECTIBLES is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Returns
Venom Collectibles offers the following Returns Policy:
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Orders cannot be cancelled after your order has been confirmed in our system. Venom Collectibles offers our customers refunds, exchanges or store credit. No returns on any collectibles that have been opened, no exceptions. Returned items must be sent back at Venom Collectibles within 4 days of original delivery date. Items will not be accepted back after that time even if they have not been worn and/or still have original tags or packaging. Original shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed. Also, there will be a 20% restocking fee on total invoice amount for all refunds/exchanges. There is a limit of 1 exchange for a different item and a limit of 2 exchanges for a different size of the same item. If you need a size that isn't available, we cannot issue an exchange on that purchase if we do not have the new size you are requesting. If you choose to take a store credit, the credit will not be applied to your credit card but will be held until you notify us at returns@venomcollectibles.com with the new item that you want. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be fully processed.
No Returns On ALL Full Size Helmets, Jerseys and Apparel as-is no exceptions!
No Returns On Autographed Collectible Items
Venom Collectibles inspects all merchandise when we receive it and ship it, and we are confident that all merchandise is in excellent condition when shipped. To receive a refund, exchange or store credit all returns must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Each returned item will be carefully inspected. Items deemed worn, smelly, used, dirty, washed (laundered) or missing tags by Venom Collectibles will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Return Process
Prior to sending anything back please send an e-mail to returns@venomcollectibles.com stating the reason for your return. At that time, we will issue you an item return number for tracking purposes. Your return should include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice. If you do not have the packing slip, provide the following information with your return: name, address, email address, phone number, and order number, if available.

We cannot be responsible for packages lost during a return. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. Again, we cannot accept returns for clothing that has been worn or merchandise that has been damaged by the customer.
